In the world of technology, buyers and sellers want to do more online. Now you can do all your real estate transactions online, save them, and even allow your client to review and sign the documents. It is a great opportunity to use less paper and keep everyone who is involved in the transaction, up to date. Students will learn about the different types of participants that can be involved in an electronic signing through Authentisign™: in-person signers, remote signers, reviewers and cc only participants. Students will walk through setting up a signing for participants from a transaction. Students will also learn the steps that participants take after they receive a signing to give them the knowledge to aid participants with a signing in the future.
Learning objectives: To gain an understanding of how to create a transaction including property details, dates, contacts, forms, and documents using TransactionDesk. To understand the process of creating a signing from a transaction and gain the knowledge to be able to walk a client (consumer) through the signing process. This course is approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 2 hours for real estate continuing education.
REMINDER: REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATIONS ARE DUE IN ASSOCIATION OFFICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLASS TIME. NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED $25, LATE REGISTRATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS AND WALK-INS WILL BE CHARGED $5. PLEASE NOTE THIS COURSE IS NOT HANDS ON.
