REALTOR Property Resource (RPR) integrates MLS listing data and other public data sources to create comprehensive reports that agents can provide to their buyers and sellers. Through the program students will learn how to create a comprehensive Sellers Report that includes MLS and public information. They will also learn how to create reports for buyers including information about the listing as well as the neighborhood where the property is located as part of a property report. Students will also become familiar with the market activity report which highlights recent market activity and listings, as well as the neighborhood report which outlines area demographics. APPROVED FOR 2.0 CE.
REMINDER: REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATIONS ARE DUE IN ASSOCIATION OFFICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLASS TIME. NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED $25, LATE REGISTRATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS AND WALK-INS WILL BE CHARGED $5. CLASSES ARE INTERACTIVE, PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME PRIOR TO THE CLASS START TIME TO SET UP YOUR COMPUTER AND/OR LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. THERE MUST BE AT LEAST 5 REGISTRANTS TO RUN THE CLASS. CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 15 REGISTRANTS.
All MLS Classes are held at GLAR (unless otherwise noted) and are FREE for GLAR members and Office Staff.
