Membership Renewal Info

How to Renew

By renewing your membership you reaffirm your promises and obligations as set forth in your application for membership. Please remember to pay on or before November 30, 2025, to avoid a $50 late fee.

Your membership renewal includes your local, state and national dues.  Your national dues include the Consumer Advertising Campaign assessment. All three (local, state and national) must be paid in order to renew your membership.

Please Note: Membership dues are non-refundable once paid.

National Association of REALTORS® (35% of $156.00) = $55.00

Minnesota REALTORS® (12% of $250.00) = $30.00

MN-RPAC Member Investment ($50.00/$100.00 of Membership Renewal Amount) = $50.00/$100.00

TOTAL NON-DEDUCTIBLE AMOUNT ON INCOME TAX RETURN $135.00 / $185.00

Paid for by the Minnesota Realtors® Political Action Committee. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Corporate contributions of any kind are prohibited. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used to benefit political candidates on a state and federal level who support REALTOR® objectives. You may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal, and the National Association of REALTORS® or any of its state or local associations will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. One hundred percent (100%) of contributions under $1,000 go to MN-RPAC for use in state and local elections. Contributions totaling $1,000 or more result in a 70% allocation to MN-RPAC to support state and local political candidates and a 30% allocation (up to the federal contribution limit) to NAR-RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. § 30116. Any amount exceeding federal contribution limits under 52 U.S.C. § 30116 will be allocated to MN-RPAC. Federal law prohibits NAR-RPAC from soliciting donations from other than: (i) executive and administrative personnel of the National Association of REALTORS® or affiliated state or local associations, (ii) members of the National Association of REALTORS® or any affiliated state or local associations, (iii) individual members of a member nonstock corporation (with proper prior approval), and (iv) families of all three groups. Any contribution received from any other person will be returned to the donor. Setting Up Your Complimentary FOREWARN® Account

All members need to opt in. Please contact our team at Office@GreaterLakesRealtors.com to activate your account.

  1. Click here and enter your email address when prompted to do so (be sure to use the same email address that this email was sent to as it will serve as your FOREWARN® ‘Username’).
  2. You will receive an activation email from FOREWARN, open it and click the link as instructed. If you do not see the email, be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
  3. The link takes you to a page where you will enter the last 4 digits of  your phone number NOTE: If the first 6 digits of the number displayed are not related to your cell phone number, please contact FOREWARN® Support at 561.757.4551 to update them with your correct cell phone number.
  4. You will be prompted to enter a confirmation code that will have just been texted to that phone number. Upon confirmation you will be prompted to create a password.
  5. Now you are ready to download the FOREWARN® app by clicking on the appropriate link below from your mobile device, or searching for FOREWARN® in the app store:Click here from your mobile device for iOS / Apple / iPhone / iPad app Click here from your mobile device for Android app
  • After activating your account, you can also log into your FOREWARN® account from any web browser via the FOREWARN.com homepage (click ‘Sign In’ at top-right) or via this link: https://app.forewarn.com/
