In this class we will go over the tax integration in the MLS. We will also delve deeper into the Realist program to do customized property and map searches. We will also learn how to print or export customized mailing labels from the system. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 2 hours for real estate continuing education.
REMINDER: REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATIONS ARE DUE IN ASSOCIATION OFFICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLASS TIME. NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED $25, LATE REGISTRATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS AND WALK-INS WILL BE CHARGED $5. CLASSES ARE INTERACTIVE, PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME PRIOR TO THE CLASS START TIME TO SET UP YOUR COMPUTER AND/OR LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. THERE MUST BE AT LEAST 5 REGISTRANTS TO RUN THE CLASS. CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 15 REGISTRANTS.
All MLS Classes are held at GLAR (unless otherwise noted) and are FREE for GLAR members and Office Staff. GLAR has 5 training computers available for use on a first come, first serve basis.
