In the world of technology, buyers and sellers want to do more online. Now you can do all your real estate transactions online, save them, and even allow your client to review and sign the documents. It is a great opportunity to use less paper and keep everyone who is involved in the transaction, up to date.
Learning objectives: Students will demonstrate their ability to create a transaction and both print and email forms for a transaction. Students will also demonstrate how to fill out and print individual forms. Students will also gain a basic understanding of troubleshooting errors that may occur in the system.
This course is approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3.0 hours for real estate continuing education.
REMINDER: REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATIONS ARE DUE IN ASSOCIATION OFFICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLASS TIME. NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED $25, LATE REGISTRATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS AND WALK-INS WILL BE CHARGED $5. CLASSES ARE INTERACTIVE, PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME PRIOR TO THE CLASS START TIME TO SET UP YOUR COMPUTER AND/OR LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. THERE MUST BE AT LEAST 5 REGISTRANTS TO RUN THE CLASS. CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 15 REGISTRANTS.
